Peter Kramer serves as Counsel to the firm and represents commercial and individual clients in many area of civil litigation, as well as in regulatory, administrative and transactional matters. He has represented public and private sector clients as well as unions, not-for-profit entities, health care providers and insurers.
Peter works with individuals, business organizations, and financial entities on a great variety of legal, compliance and regulatory matters.
Peter volunteered as counsel to Long Island Mothers Against Drunk Driving since the group’s inception. He serves as Vice President of the Kaeli Kramer Foundation since its founding in 2009. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Rollstone Foundation and was a founding member of that organization in 2012.
Peter has been a member of the Board of the Foundation for Long Island State Parks for more than 25 years and received a gubernatorial appointment as Chairman of the Long Island State Park, Recreation and Historic Preservation Commission.
Peter received his Juris Doctorate from Hofstra Law School in 1978, having graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 1975.
