Joseph Charchalis represents a wide array of clients in general liability matters, including premises liability, construction accidents, transportation law, vehicular negligence, civil assault and property damage claims.  He has handled all aspects of defense litigation, from inception through verdict.

Joseph also represents individuals and businesses in connection with various transactional matters involving asset sales, asset purchases and commercial leases.

Joseph graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2010, after attending on a presidential scholarship.  While attending law school, Joseph became a founding member and is currently a board member of Better Understanding of Life in Africa, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicated to improving the educational opportunities for children in Uganda.   Joseph also serves on the board of directors for the Dante Foundation, which seeks to provide scholarships for outstanding youths of Italian ancestry and support deserving charitable organizations and causes.

Joseph was admitted to practice law in New York 2011.  He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association.
