Principals Thomas Dargan and Jeffrey Pincus Present Lecture to the NYSBA on Defending Truck Drivers, Safety Directors and Corporate Representatives at Deposition

Tom Dargan and Jeff Pincus, Principals and Co-chairs of the firm’s Trucking and Transportation Practice Group, presented a seminar to the New York State Bar Association on preparing and defending truck drivers, safety directors and corporate representatives in the transportation industry at depositions.  The lecture focused on best practices for preparing these witnesses in advance of their depositions.  By identifying and addressing pitfalls and potholes well before testimony is taken, Tom and Jeff explained through real life scenarios how to neutralize potential hazardous testimony.
