We are currently hiring for multiple general liability attorney positions with 3+ years’ experience. Full-time, part-time and 1099 (independent contractor) positions considered for qualified applicants.

GENERAL LIABILITY LITIGATION ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES –

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorneys to join our legal team. We are looking for candidates who are capable of independently handling a full case load. The ideal candidates should have strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently. The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to –

• managing a caseload and covering court appearances
• collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies
• conducting and defending depositions
• meeting and working with clients
• meeting with experts
• strong writing and analytical skills
• drafting and/or reviewing pleadings, motions and discovery

The ideal candidates will be self-starting individuals who thrive in a fast paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in NYS and in good standing
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience, labor law knowledge would be helpful
• Demonstrated excellence in research, writing, and legal analysis
• Excellent communication skills. Must be responsive.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
