Attorney Keith D. Black Obtains Favorable Judgment For Clients in Kings County Surrogate’s Court

Counsel, Keith D. Black, obtained a favorable judgment from the Kings County Surrogate’s Court in an exhaustive kinship proceeding, where he successfully proved that the decedent’s missing and unknown father was deceased.  Keith, in representing the maternal heirs of the deceased, also established that the decedent’s father died with no other children. The court directed the entire estate to be distributed to our clients.
