Teri Scotto-Lavino obtained dismissal of a medical malpractice action on behalf of a medical professional corporation at which many of the named defendants maintained offices. Plaintiff alleged that, as multiple named defendants maintained offices in the building, the medical corporation should be held liable for the actions of the individual doctors.
