Robert J. Yenchman obtained summary judgment in Supreme Court, Bronx County in favor of our client, the owner of an apartment building. The plaintiff alleged that she slipped and fell in the vestibule of the apartment building and sustained serious injuries. Robert successfully argued that plaintiff’s inability to identify what caused her to slip and fall was fatal to her claim, which the Court agreed within dismissing the complaint.
