Partner Martin Rowe Obtains Defense Verdict in Kings County

Partner Martin Rowe obtained a defense verdict on an automobile liability case in Supreme Court, Kings County. The plaintiff was a passenger on a public bus who claimed she was injured as a result of a collision between the bus and our client’s motor vehicle. The bus operator claimed he was cut off by our client, causing him to strike her vehicle. The Transit Authority produced a witness on the bus who corroborated plaintiff’s version of liability.  The jury returned a defense verdict in our client’s favor, finding the bus operator 100% responsible for the accident.
