Senior Associate Kevin D. Clinton was one of the presenters at Primerus’ Virtual Labor & Employment Seminar. Mr. Clinton discussed the ever-evolving definitions of joint employment, as they relate to wage & hour claims, discrimination claims and claims arising in a unionized context. Among the other topics discussed at the seminar were FFCRA and its interplay with child-care issues, COVID-19 whistleblowers, and California’s Gig Worker Bill (AB5), just to name a few. Mr. Clinton is a senior associate in the firm’s New York City office and executive committee member of Primerus’ Labor and Employment practice group. He also defends administrative proceedings at the federal, state and municipal levels and represents employers in wage and hour audits and litigation.
