Lewis Johs Partner Daniel McCally was recently invited by the New York State Bar Association Torts Insurance and Compensation Law Section to speak at a Continuing Legal Education Lecture entitled “Intro to Civil Practice Skills: Torts, Personal Injury and Insurance Law.” Dan lectured to an audience of practicing attorneys in Melville on June 8 on the topic of premises liability, highlighting general principles, the reasonable care standard, snow removal liability, admission of meteorological evidence, dispositive motion case law and trial tactics. His lecture was both lively and well-received.
Dan is a trial lawyer with years of experience defending insureds in premises and other general liability matters. Please contact Dan at email@example.com for more information about his lecture.
