Molly C. Moloney is an associate at the firm with a focus in medical malpractice. She assists with the representation of various healthcare providers and facilities, including but not limited to physicians, hospitals, and other medical facilities.
Molly received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2018. While obtaining her legal degree, Molly consistently maintained status on the Dean’s List and was presented an award for Exemplary Contributions to the Growth of the Law Center. Molly participated in Law Review and was ultimately voted onto the Editorial Board as a Research Editor. In addition, she dedicated several hours to pro bono work in Touro’s Veterans’ and Servicemembers’ Rights Clinic, where she fought for the rights of disabled veterans.
Prior to law school, Molly graduated from Quinnipiac University with a bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies. She then worked as a legal secretary for several years, assisting attorneys with the management of all stages of trial litigation.
