Joseph Giglio is an associate with the firm concentrating his practice in the areas of transportation law, vehicular negligence, premises liability, and construction accidents.
Joseph received his Juris Doctorate degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center. While attending law school, Joseph was selected as an Honors Program Scholar for his academic excellence. Joseph was also chosen as a 2018 Pro Bono Scholar, during which time he assisted indigent clients with Bankruptcy and Foreclosure actions and has dedicated hundreds of hours to pro bono assistance. Joseph also interned for the Honorable James P. McCormack of the Nassau County Supreme Court. As an intern, he conducted legal research and assisted with the drafting of opinions.
Prior to attending law school, Joseph graduated from Queens College, City University of New York with a B.A. in Economics.
Joseph is admitted to practice law in New York before the New York State Bar, Second Judicial Department. He is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association.
