Gary advanced his career by accepting a position as an associate attorney at a prominent boutique law firm in Suffolk County.  The firm that Gary joined specialized in personal injury defense work for several major insurance carriers and afforded Gary the opportunity to gain extensive experience as a trial lawyer over the course of his ten year career with the firm.  During his tenure, Gary became one of Suffolk County’s most respected trial lawyers, trying over fifty general liability and damages cases to verdict.  Gary also drafted appeals and appeared in the Appellate Division, Second Department on numerous occasions to orally argue issues relevant to the cases he was managing.

It was during this point in Gary’s career that he developed a strong interest in medicine that would eventually lead him to seek greater challenges as a trial lawyer.  In 1999, Gary joined one of the preeminent medical malpractice defense firms on Long Island which enabled him to continue honing his skills as a trial lawyer.  During the course of an eighteen year career with that firm, Gary was made a Partner with the firm and soon took on the added roles of managing and training associate attorneys in addition to fulfilling his responsibilities as a trial attorney.   Gary prides himself on close personal contact and maintaining strong relationships with his clients throughout the course of litigation.  Gary has a history of proven success and dedication to his profession and will continue to represent clients with the hard work, determination and integrity which has defined his career.
