Bryan F. Lewis PARTNER
Bryan Lewis’ practice focuses on the representation of commercial clients in complex civil litigation. He represents corporate, construction, healthcare, and technology clients in state and federal courts in all aspects of discovery, motion practice, and trial litigation. Representative matters include high-stakes construction litigation for both builders and owners; Medicare fraud defense under the False Claims Act; and the representation of a Fortune 50 technology corporation in numerous commercial matters concerning contractual disputes, business torts, and trade secret misappropriation.
Bryan has been published the Association of American Medical Colleges’ publication, and lectured to New York Supreme Court Justices on developments in the law.
Bryan is admitted to practice law in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and in the United States District Court for the Southern, Northern, and Eastern Districts of New York. He has also performed pro bono work on constitutional issues on behalf of a variety of organizations and institutions.
Bryan received his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy, the Moot Court Honor Society, and Brooklyn Law School’s Federal Litigation Clinic. Bryan received his undergraduate degree in English (BA) from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.

Accomplishments
- December 2016 obtained a defense verdict following a week-long jury trial in the New York Supreme Court, Commercial Division, resolving a complex shareholder dispute between two former partners in a medical practice.
- 2017, Mr. Lewis obtained a directed verdict in the Commercial Division dismissing a real estate agent’s claim of an equity stake in an East End brokerage.
