Associate Megan Murphy Published in February Issue of Suffolk Lawyer

Associate attorney Megan Murphy was published in February’s issue of  Suffolk Lawyer. Her article entitled “Robot in Aisle Seven” discussed the recent arrival of robotic supermarket attendants and how they might affect premises liability litigation in New York. The article explored whether a robotic attendant’s discovery of a condition on a store aisle or shelf can constitute either actual or constructive notice, and whether the attendant’s movements might be discoverable in premises liability cases.
