Dismissal Obtained by Partner Joseph Charchalis

Partner Joseph Charchalis obtained pre-answer dismissal of all claims in a personal injury action venued in Orange County Supreme Court.  In this premises liability case, plaintiff sued for personal injuries allegedly sustained when he tripped on an adjacent sidewalk.  In his motion, Joe argued that, pursuant to the terms of the lease, our client was not responsible to maintain the sidewalk where plaintiff allegedly tripped and did not owe a duty to plaintiff.  The Court agreed and dismissed the case as to our client in its entirety.
