Defense Verdict for Frederick C. Johs in Nassau County Supreme Court

We are proud to announce that Frederick C. Johs recently secured a defense verdict in a medical malpractice jury trial in Nassau County Supreme Court. The jury returned a favorable verdict for our clients, which included a respected physician and a well-regarded urgent care center.

 

The case involved allegations of improper medical care in the treatment of a minor. The plaintiff claimed that the care provided by our clients resulted in injuries. However, after a full trial and careful deliberation, the jury found that our clients met the appropriate standard of medical care and fully rejected the plaintiff’s claims, resulting in a successful verdict for the defense.
