Partner Tom Dargan Lectures at Transportation Law Symposium
Lewis Johs was proud to sponsor and have Partners Thomas Dargan and Joseph Charchalis attend the Hilb Specialty Group Transportation Law Symposium, which was held on May 6-7, 2025 at the Springfield Country Club in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As one of the event’s featured speakers, Tom presented “Evidence in the Electronic Age – Trending Issues Affecting the Transportation Industry.” The presentation explored the growing impact of emerging electronic evidence in transportation law cases. His presentation also highlighted how digital materials (such as surveillance footage, body camera, dashcam video, and social media content) are playing an increasingly pivotal role in establishing facts and legal arguments in transportation-related cases. Tom’s presentation also addressed the benefits and challenges of effectively presenting this type of evidence to jurors during trial.
