Partner Jennifer Hurley McGay Wins Dismissal of Federal Lawsuit

Commercial Litigation Partner Jennifer Hurley McGay secured a dismissal of all claims against our client in an action pending in federal court in the Southern District of New York.  The case related to alleged damage to goods being transported interstate.  Plaintiffs alleged a number of claims against our client, a transport broker and interstate carrier of merchandise, all of which were dismissed by the Court on the alternative grounds raised in our motion to dismiss.
