May 2010.  Partner Marcy D. Sheinwold and Associate Christina L. Geraci were successful in having summary judgment granted in favor of Lewis Johs' ambulance clients in a case that received widespread publicity involving the use of a taser stun gun on a former psychiatric patient in Southampton Village.  The case involved civil rights claims as well as claims of medical malpractice.
