April 2010.  Lewis Johs Partner Thomas J. Dargan prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in Supreme Court, Sullivan County.  This matter involved a vehicular accident wherein co-defendant, the driver of an SUV, ran a stop sign and struck the right front side of plaintiff's vehicle at an intersection.  Mr. Dargan moved for summary judgment on the grounds that his clients, defendants bus company and driver, were not responsible for the happening of the accident.  The court granted the motion, dismissing plaintiff's complaint and all cross claims brought against Lewis Johs' clients.
