January 2010.  Lewis Johs associate Patrick Aurilia prevailed on a motion for summary judgment in Queens County, Supreme Court.  Lewis Johs' client, an engineering and consulting firm, brought a summary judgment motion seeking the dismissal of all third-party claims brought against it.  Mr. Aurilia successfully argued the motion and obtained the complete dismissal of all third-party labor law and indemnification claims.
