Michael T. Colavecchio Lectures at New York State Bar Association's Medical Malpractice Program Lewis Johs partner Michael T. Colavecchio was a lecturer at the New York State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education program "Medical Malpractice" on March 2, 2012. Joined on the podium by other well respected attorneys, from both the plaintiff and defense bars, Mr. Colavecchio's topic was "Discovery (by Defendant of Plaintiff)." Mr. Colavecchio's presentation touched on all aspects of discovery but focused on the emerging area of discovery of social media in personal injury litigation. The program was well attended by many Long Island medical mapractice attorneys. |
