Thomas J. Dargan and Seth M. Weinberg obtained a summary judgment on liability on behalf of Lewis Johs' clients in a left turn-bus accident case.  At the time the incident occurred, the plaintiff was operating a motorcycle and Lewis Johs' client had just commenced making a left turn.  Although the bus successfully came to a stop and avoided a collision, the plaintiff was nevertheless thrown from his motorcycle, resulting in him sustaining severe personal injuries, including multiple fractures and alleged permanent injuries.  It was argued, and the court agreed, that Lewis Johs' client did not engage in any conduct that could be construed as negligence.  Accordingly, the court granted the motion and dismissed the complaint and all claims against Lewis Johs' clients.
