Elizabeth Fitzpatrick recently lectured to various carriers, including Providence Mutual, Metropolitan and Allstate and was part of the Berkley Risk team with Tom Dargan, Dan McCally and Fred Johs in Phoenix on the new Prejudice legislation that became effective on January 17, 2009. The legislation constitutes the most significant change to New York Insurance Law in decades.
