On January 23, 2009, partners Tom Dargan and Jeff Pincus delivered a lecture to the Transportation Lawyers Association, a national organization dedicated to the defense of the transportation industry.  Their presentation, "Negligent Hiring: An Employer’s Obligation in the Face of 21st Century Technology," explored the impact of internet social networking on employment practices.
