Ellen Savino Lectures to Long Island Development Corp.

On October 26, 2007 Ellen Savino lectured at the Long Island Development Corp. (LIDC) conference held in Montauk, New York.  Ellen's presentation, made to the employees and Board of Directors of the LIDC, focused on legal and ethical issues facing employees and members of the Board of Directors as well as compliance with recent changes in Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations concerning SBA 504 mortgage loans.  The LIDC, a client of the firm, provides money and technical assistance to small businesses.
