Elizabeth Fitzpatrick to Lecture at "Law School for Claims Professionals"

Elizabeth A. Fitzpatrick will lecture at the upcoming New York State Bar Association seminar entitled "Law School for Claims Professionals -- More Than the Basics."  The seminar will be held on June 7, 2007 in Plainview, New York and will address many topices, including coverage denials, liens, additional insured issues, tenders, contractual and common law indemnification, premises liability, and wrongful death and pecuniary damages.  Ms. Fitzpatrick will discuss emerging issues and defenses, and the proactive handling of UM/SUM claims.  The seminar has been approved for 6.5 continuing education credits.  Click here to register for the event.
