Lewis Johs Attorney Elizabeth A. Fitzpatrick Serves as Chair for New York State Bar Insurance Coverage Seminar

June 2010.  Lewis Johs attorney Elizabeth A. Fitzpatrick was again selected to serve as chairperson for a seminar sponsored by the New York State Bar Association entitled 2010 Insurance Coverage Update: Emerging Issues for the Next Decade.  This seminar was held on Long Island on Friday, June 18, 2010.  The program focused on insurance coverage issues arising under commercial general liability policies.  In addition to serving as chairperson for the full day program, Elizabeth addressed the topic of late notice under the new amendments to Insurance Law Section 3420.  For further information about the program, you can contact Elizabeth at eafitzpatrick@lewisjohs.com.
