On March 26, 2010, William J. Lewis received the New York State Fraternal Order of Court Officers' ("FOCO") Bench and Bar Award at FOCO's Twentieth Anniversary Dinner-Dance celebration.  FOCO is a volunteer organization comprised of court officers getting involved to help the communities they serve and to help fellow court officers in times of need.
