Elizabeth A. Fitzpatrick will serve as the Long Island Chairperson for the New York State Bar Association sponsored seminar entitled Practical Skills - Basic Tort and Insurance Law Practice scheduled for May 6, 2010 on Long Island.  Ms. Fitzpatrick will discuss the fundamentals of a civil lawsuit and will provide an overview of insurance coverage fundamentals including New York's newly enacted Amendment to Insurance Law Section 3420. 

Michael T. Colavecchio will be addressing the challenges of settling a civil lawsuit ethically and will address the new Medicare Set Aside and Subrogation Legislation amending General Obligations Law Section 5-335.
