March 2010.  Elizabeth A. Fitzpatrick will lecture before the Nassau Suffolk Claims Managers Council on April 7, 2010, regarding the newly amended Insurance Law Section 3420.  She will focus her lecture on the requirement that insurers demonstrate prejudice to disclaim coverage based upon late notice of a claim or loss and insurance coverage for intentional and criminal conduct.
